Hair & Cap Construction

European hair is selected for its fine, soft texture and natural movement. It is especially suited to refined blonde and lighter shades, where softness, colour dimension, and a believable fall matter most.
The silk top creates a soft scalp-like effect at the parting area, helping the hair appear as though it is growing naturally from the scalp.
Fully hand-tied construction allows each section of hair to move with a softer, more natural flow. It is a premium technique often chosen for comfort, flexibility, and realism.

Treat European hair like fine, colour-treated hair to help maintain softness, smoothness, and natural movement.

Wash after 40–60 hours of wear.
Use sulfate-free, moisturising products and avoid over-washing.
Condition from mid-lengths to ends and detangle gently from the ends upward.
Use heat tools at 120-160°C. Always apply a heat protectant. Avoid prolonged exposure above 180°C to preserve softness and shine.
Air dry when possible and store on a wig stand or in a silk bag after wear.

We do not offer change-of-mind refunds. To request a voluntary exchange, contact us within 14 days of delivery. The piece must be unworn, unwashed, unstyled and unaltered, in original condition, with lace uncut and all original packaging, tags and included materials. Wait for approval before sending it back.

Custom or personalised items, clearance or final-sale items and accessories are excluded from voluntary exchanges unless otherwise agreed. Approved exchanges are for the same or a higher value; you pay return and replacement postage.
