1. About Krown-Z
This website and online store are operated by Liting Zhang, an Australian sole trader trading as Krown-Z, ABN 29 644 102 699 (“Krown-Z”, “we”, “us” or “our”). Our principal business location is Kogarah, NSW 2217, Australia. You can contact us at hello@krownzhair.com.
Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to offer our products and services online. Purchases made from this store are transactions between you and Krown-Z.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply when you access or use www.krownzhair.com, place an order, create an account, contact us through the site or otherwise use our online services (together, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Eligibility and lawful use
You must be legally capable of entering into a contract in your jurisdiction or use the Services with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
You must not use the Services for an unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose; interfere with the security or operation of the Services; introduce malicious code; scrape or access the Services in a way that violates applicable law or our published technical access rules; impersonate another person; or infringe the rights of Krown-Z or any third party.
3. Product information
We take reasonable care to describe and display our products accurately. Colour and appearance can vary because of lighting, photography, screen settings, natural hair variation and the handmade characteristics of a product. These variations do not remove any right you may have where a product is faulty, unsafe, incorrectly described, materially different from what was shown or otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee.
Product availability, specifications and prices may change before an order is accepted. If we discover a material error in product information or pricing after you place an order, we will contact you and provide an appropriate option, which may include confirming the corrected order or cancelling it with a refund of amounts paid.
Products expressly identified as custom, personalised or made to order may require additional information and a longer production period. Any special conditions will be disclosed before the order is accepted.
4. Orders and acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when Krown-Z sends an order confirmation or otherwise confirms acceptance after payment authorisation and any required checks.
We may decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including because a product is unavailable, payment is not authorised, information appears incorrect, fraud or misuse is suspected, a pricing error is identified, or delivery is prohibited by law or unavailable through the carrier network. If we cancel an accepted order, we will refund amounts paid for the cancelled item unless another lawful outcome has been agreed.
Please review product, colour, length, quantity, delivery address and contact details before submitting an order. Contact us promptly if you need to request a correction. We will try to assist but cannot guarantee a change once processing or dispatch has begun.
5. Prices, payment, taxes and duties
Prices are displayed in the currency selected or made available for your shopping location. The final amount payable, including any charges collected by Krown-Z, is shown at checkout before you place the order.
Krown-Z offers Free Standard Shipping to Selected International Destinations. Express shipping, if offered, may carry an additional charge that will be shown at checkout.
