Virgin Hair Care

Treat virgin hair like untreated natural hair — protect the cuticle to maintain softness, shine, and longevity.

Wash after 40–60 hours of wear.
Use sulfate-free, moisturising or colour-safe products.
Condition from mid-lengths to ends and detangle gently from the ends upward.
Limit heat styling and always use heat protection.
Use heat tools at 140-180°C . Always apply a heat protectant and avoid excessive or repeated high heat.
Store on a wig stand or in a silk bag after wear.

Items expressly identified as custom or made-to-order require at least 8 weeks for production, plus 3–14 business days in transit.

Standard shipping is free to supported destinations. Import duties and taxes may be payable unless expressly collected at checkout.

We do not offer change-of-mind refunds. To request a voluntary exchange, contact us within 14 days of delivery. The piece must be unworn, unwashed, unstyled and unaltered, in original condition, with lace uncut and all original packaging, tags and included materials. Wait for approval before sending it back.

Custom or personalised items, clearance or final-sale items and accessories are excluded from voluntary exchanges unless otherwise agreed. Approved exchanges are for the same or a higher value; you pay return and replacement postage.
