Processing Time
For standard pieces, order processing usually takes 3–5 business days.
For custom pieces, production requires at least 8 weeks. The exact timeframe may vary depending on the style, hair type, cap construction, colour, and order complexity.
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.
Shipping Time
Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery usually takes 3–14 business days, depending on your location, courier service, and customs clearance.
You will receive tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
All international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, other local taxes, or clearance fees.
These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient upon delivery.
KROWN-Z is not responsible for customs delays, duties, taxes, or clearance charges applied by the destination country.
Delivery Issues
- Please double-check your delivery address when placing your order.
We cannot be held responsible for parcels sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If changes are need, contact us ASAP — however, we cannot guarantee updates can be made before dispatch.
- While we do our best to prepare and ship each order with care, delivery delays may occasionally occur due to incorrect shipping information, customs processing, courier disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control.
- If your parcel appears to be lost or damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist with the courier investigation.
- Once a parcel has been marked as delivered by the courier, we recommend contacting the courier directly for further assistance with any missing package concerns.
